Failed deliveries (timeouts, non-2xx) are retried automatically: Each attempt is listed under Event Logs. You can retrigger a failed delivery from the dashboard. Admins can pause webhooks globally (WEBHOOKS_ENABLED) or per tenant (webhooks_paused) during incidents.
